• Can I use your services even though I do not already have a Google Adwords account?

We offer the opportunity to make a brand new account for you for no extra costs. You will be able to set you own preferences, including personal password and login details. Even if you discontinue our services, you will be able to keep this new account.

 

• Will I be able to have full access to my account?

Yes, you will always be able to view and modify your account. Be careful of companies who offer a "credit system" as this involves restricting your access to the account, allowing them to take a hidden percentage of your monthly budget.

 

• How can I check whether my Adwords campaign is running well?

As an addition to having full access to your account, we will report to you via email or telephone on a weekly basis with the statistics that you care about. Many clients like to know how many clicks they have received, the average cost per click on certain keywords or even the cost for each conversion.

 

• What methods of payment do you accept?

The majority of our clients are benefiting from our simple service that involves Paypal. An email will be sent to you by Paypal once a month, this email will contain a link to allow payments to be made via a credit card. There is no need to have an account with Paypal, making the whole process quick and easy. If this system is not to your liking, we also have a Paypal button located on our page allowing for payments to be made direct via a credit card.

  If you do not want to use the Paypal system at all, then we can give you our bank account details for you to arrange a bank transfer.

 

• What is the minimum period of the contract?

To begin with, we offer a months trial at the lowest management fee of £100. If you choose to continue with our services, then you can sign a two month contract with us. Payments are then made at the start of every 30 days.

 

• What languages do you cover?

As well as English, we can personally provide a Spanish Adwords translation service to expand your market into new areas. We also work very closely with a French agency who can also provide a French translation service.

 

• How much do I have to pay?
